Takasho Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter “Takasho”) shall endeavor to observe laws and other regulations concerning personal information protection and treat customer’s personal information appropriately based on the following basic policy.
1. Definition of personal information
Personal information is name, address, date of birth, sex, occupation, telephone number, email address and all other information which may identify an individual.
2. Purpose of using personal information
Takasho shall acquire its customer’s personal information in legitimate and rightful measures and use such information in the scope of achieving the following purpose of use. Whenever Takasho acquires personal information directly from its customer in writing or on website, it shall indicate the purpose to use such information.
(1) To deliver documents and catalogues requested from its customer
(2) To deliver prizes of campaigns
(3) To provide information such as mail magazines through direct mails, emails and mails
(4) To correspond with its customer for customer service, maintenance and other reasons
(5) To react to opinions and requests concerning Takasho and its products
(6) To browse member’s page in the website
(7) In case Takasho is consigned by its ordering company to treat personal information along
with consigned operations such as delivery of products, to delivery such products and
correspond with the product receiver
From (1) to (6) among the above are related to Takasho’s possessed personal data which
Takasho is authorized to disclose, revise, add or delete, suspend, erase or suspend
provision of to a third party (hereinafter “Disclosure and Others”).
Statistical data acquired from questionnaires and monitoring shall be used after being
worked so that it shall not identify an individual.
3. Personal information management
(1) Takasho shall provide, improve and maintain “Takasho Co.,Ltd.’s Personal Information Protection Regulations” and familiarize its directors, employees, part-time workers and temporary workers with said regulations.
(2) Takasho shall endeavor to appropriately manage personal information in order to prevent it from loss, damage, alteration and leak.
4. Provision of personal information to third Party
(1) Takasho shall not provide its customer’s personal information to any third party without the customer’s prior consent except when it is under laws or is allowed by laws, when Takasho provides personal information to its operational consignee such as delivery company in order to achieve the purpose of use indicated to the customer or when Takasho shares personal information as provided in the following.

5. Disclosure, revision, addition, deletion and suspension of personal information
(1) When the customer requests for disclosure of Takasho’s possessed personal data,
Takasho shall disclose such data under laws and Takasho’s corporate regulations without any delay.
(2) When the customer requests for revision, addition, deletion or suspension of Takasho’s possessed personal data, Takasho shall conduct necessary investigation and take appropriate measure under laws and Takasho’s corporate regulations without any delay.
(3) Upon any of the above requests, Takasho shall request the customer to follow Takasho’s designated procedures and Takasho shall confirm that such request is from the customer him/herself or his/her representative with legitimate authority. (4) Please not that since personal information used for the purpose in above “2. Purpose of use (7)” (personal information consigned by Takasho’s ordering company” is not such information which Takasho has authority to disclose, Takasho may not disclose such information within its authority.
